Harry Holt Jr.

Harry Holt Jr. has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Harry is currently the President of BITHGROUP Technologies, where they oversee all business operations. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Operations at BITHGROUP Technologies. In 2021, they became the Owner of Tutor Doctor. Harry also worked as an Adjunct Professor at Morgan State University, teaching business courses and managing experiential learning programs. Harry was the Regional Director at INROADS, where they managed staff and trained college students in career readiness skills. Before that, they held the position of Vice President of Training and Development at BITHGROUP Technologies, working with various clients. As a Principal Management Consultant at Price Waterhouse Management Consultants, they provided technology and business process management consulting services to a wide range of industries. Harry started their career as a System Engineer at IBM, providing technical support to clients in the Financial Services Industry. Harry also worked as a Production Engineer at Calgon Corp.

Harry Holt Jr. attended Brown University from 1980 to 1984, where they studied Chemical Engineering. Harry then pursued their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in General Management at The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth from 1989 to 1991. Later, they enrolled at The George Washington University from 1997 to 2004, focusing on Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior. Additionally, during their time at Brown University and The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, they also studied Engineering and Business Administration and Management, respectively.
