Suwisit Khoipanit

Suwisit Khoipanit has a diverse work history with experience in various roles and industries. Suwisit currently holds key positions at Bitkub, where they serve as the Group Chief Operating Officer and has previously held roles as the Group Corporate Secretary Director and Group Senior Corporate Secretary Manager. Additionally, they are a Member of the Investment Committee at Bitkub Ventures. Prior to their time at Bitkub, Suwisit worked as the Head of Legal and Company Secretary at Wow Factor PLC and as a Guest Lecturer at Prince of Songkla University. Suwisit also served as the Head of Legal and Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer at Star Universal PLC and held the position of Senior Associate/M&A Manager at DRKI - Dherakupt International Law Office Ltd. Suwisit's expertise spans legal, corporate governance, investment, and lecturing areas.

Suwisit Khoipanit started their education in 2009 at Chulalongkorn University, where they completed a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree with a specialization in Business Law in 2012. In 2013, they pursued further studies at Queen Mary University of London, completing a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law in 2014. In 2019, Suwisit attended Thammasat University to obtain a diploma in Finance for non-finance executives, and in 2020, they completed another diploma in Tax Law/Taxation, also at Thammasat University.
