Matthew Baillie

Matthew Baillie is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in transformation and digital strategy across the banking and automotive sectors. Currently serving as Group Chief Transformation Officer at OSB Group, Matthew has previously held several senior roles at Lloyds Banking Group, including Director and Chief of Staff in the Group Chief Executive Office, Transformation Director, and Head of Digital for various divisions. Matthew's career began with a graduate scheme at SIXT and is underpinned by a BA Hons in Business Management from Southampton University, complemented by foundational education at Woking College.
