Beth Yovino

Beth Yovino, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Director of Global Workforce Strategy at Bitly, where responsibilities include driving operational excellence and designing an inclusive global workforce strategy. Previously, Beth held the role of Director of Engagement and People Experience at Hays, contributing to the development of a People & Culture framework essential for scalable growth. Additional experience includes serving as Director of Internal Recruitment and Director of Corporate Recruiting at Kforce Inc., where strategies were implemented to transform corporate recruiting into a value-added partnership. As the Executive Recruiter and Owner of Tampa Bay Recruiting, Beth provided executive-level recruitment and HR contracting services. Earlier career achievements include managing the startup of the finance and accounting recruiting division at Veredus Corporation. Beth holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from the University of North Florida.
