Makayla Clausen

Makayla Clausen is a seasoned software engineer and engineering manager with extensive experience in software development, particularly in front-end engineering using ReactJs and React Native. At Bitly, Makayla has progressed through various roles from Front-End Engineer to Software Engineer 3, and ultimately to Engineering Manager since October 2018. Prior to Bitly, Makayla worked as a Software Developer at MODsquad, focusing on developing views for web and mobile applications. Early in their career, Makayla held several management positions at King Soopers/City Market, including Assistant General Merchandise Manager and Produce Manager. Makayla holds an immersive web development degree from Galvanize Inc, earned between 2017 and 2018.
