Leslie has been in the business world for over 10 years. Leslie started as a Director of Operations at Ecolinkall and then became the Chief Operating Officer at Bitget. In their current position as VP of Futures at BitMart, they oversee company operations, business development, project timeline, and employee productivity. Leslie is known for their ability to build relationships and provide strategic direction to help companies grow and profit. Leslie is a strong leader with a proven track record in maximizing efficiency and driving innovation.

Leslie has a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Murdoch University. They also have a Diploma in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from Temasek Polytechnic. In addition, they have certification from the Association for Supply Chain Management in Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) and from the Project Management Institute in PMP. Finally, they have a certification from Workforce Singapore in Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment.

They work with Kaimin hu - CBO, Feng - CTO, and Eric Bai - Cipholio. Leslie reports to Sheldon Xia, Founder.
