Rishi Gupta

Rishi Gupta has a strong and diverse work experience in finance and strategy roles. Rishi is currently the Chief Financial Officer at BitOasis, where they are responsible for building the financial infrastructure for the digital economy and Web3.0.

Prior to their current role, Rishi worked at Amazon as a Senior Finance Leader and CFO. Rishi led the financial integration roadmap post-Amazon acquisition and played a vital role in aligning the P&L reporting structure and implementing business audit mechanisms. Rishi also collaborated with other leaders to drive change management and successfully launched Amazon.

Before their time at Amazon, Rishi served as Director of Finance at Souq.com, where they managed the FP&A, Investor Relations, and M&A functions. Rishi played a key role in completing the largest funding round for the company and led business goal-setting and strategy initiatives. Rishi also built the business reporting infrastructure and setup investor scorecards.

Rishi also gained experience at eBay as an Assistant Manager in FP&A, where they were part of a core team responsible for budget cycles and data analysis. Rishi also worked at People Interactive, where they led financial planning and analysis efforts and reported financial analysis and performance metrics to management and investors.

Rishi began their career at Reliance Life Insurance as an Assistant Manager in Business Planning.
