Herman Bynke

Herman Bynke has extensive experience in the business world, having worked in various roles since 1995. From 1995 to 1997, they were the Founder and CEO of Byncaribe Ltd, a company that imported and exported goods to and from Cuba. From 1997 to 2001, they were the Vice President of European Operations at Xceed, a company that pioneered developing e-commerce and e-business solutions. From 2001 to 2002, they were the General Manager at Red Message. From 2002 to 2007, they were the Founder and CEO of HELA Corporate Wellbeing, a company that specialized in corporate wellness and wellbeing in the workplace. From 2007 to 2011, they were the Vice President of Sales and Merchant Development at Wrapp, a disruptive global gift card startup. From 2011 to 2019, they were the Growth, EMEA, APAC and Africa at Madison Performance Group. From 2019 to 2020, they were the VP, Regional Head LATAM at Bitrefill, where they supported the Country Manager and oversaw the strategic growth and development of the merchant partner network and global supply chain in LATAM. In 2020, they became a Co-founder and Director at Nagano Rewards. In 2010, they also organized and initiated Tents for Haiti, a project that challenged established aid agencies by collecting tents and blankets from individuals, organisations and companies in Sweden and transporting and distributing the donations to the 2010 Haiti earthquake victims.

Herman Bynke has a Bachelor degree in International Marketing & Communication from Stockholm University, a BS in Economics from SUNY New Paltz, and an Economics degree from De La Gardieskolan, Lidköping. Herman obtained their Bachelor degree from Stockholm University between 1992 and 1993, their BS in Economics from SUNY New Paltz in 1993, and their Economics degree from De La Gardieskolan, Lidköping between 1988 and 1992.
