I am a seasoned Human Resources professional with over 16 years of progressive experience in people management, organizational development, and strategic HR operations across diverse industries. Currently, I lead the People and Culture function at Bits In Glass, where I bring a dynamic blend of strategic insight and hands-on execution to foster a thriving workplace culture.

At BIG, I have been instrumental in enhancing employee onboarding experiences, streamlining payroll across geographies, ensuring policy compliance, and driving initiatives that align business objectives with employee engagement. My contributions have been recognized at the leadership level, including appreciation from the CEO for payroll streamlining and cost savings, as well as for the successful migration of HR systems.

Before joining BIG, I worked as an independent HR Consultant, partnering with organizations on performance management, client onboarding, and business documentation. This experience helped me broaden my perspective and deepen my ability to create impact through process refinement and stakeholder collaboration.

In my previous leadership roles at Oncquest Laboratories, NGIVD, and Widex India, I championed culture-building initiatives, led strategic hiring and training programs, and guided HR teams through periods of change. My work has led to tangible results such as reduced absenteeism, zero non-compliance during audits, and internalizing recruitment practices that significantly cut costs.

I began my career at Avantor (RFCL), Lovely Professional University, and Fortis Healthcare, where I built a strong foundation in training, employee development, and HR analytics—areas that continue to be central to my work today.

My certifications include HR Analytics from IIM Lucknow, NLP Practitioner Certification, Thomas Profiling for psychometric assessment, and ISTD accreditation. I also ranked third in my PGDBM program and was awarded a European Summer School Scholarship at the Graduate School of Business Economics, Warsaw University.
