Dale Flippo

Dale Flippo began their career in 2005 as the VP/Division Manager of the Customer Field Support Division at SAIC, where they managed four programs and led 289 employees, with a division responsibility for $25M in unique programs annually. In 2011, they became an Independent Consultant at Oak Knoll Management, Inc. and the CEO/President of White Oak Resources, LLC, where they provided corporate leadership and project management through concept to final phase of two technical solutions. Dale also took on the roles of Chief Security Officer and EVP and Director/Strategic Bus Dev for Intelligence Community at BitSpray Corporation. In 2017, they became the Chief Executive Officer at Jimini Enterprise.

Dale Flippo attended the US Marine War College from 1996 to 1997, studying Military Strategic Studies. Dale then went on to Strayer University, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Administration, Management and Operations.
