Tracy Clarno, MSML, PMP, CPHQ, Lean Black Belt, currently serves as the Process Improvement Manager at Bitterroot Health since May 2021, while also operating as the Business Owner of Think Lean Consulting, LLC since July 2019. Previously, Tracy held various roles at Barrett Hospital and Healthcare from April 2008 to May 2021, including Lean Program Manager, Materials Manager, and Sr. Executive Administrative Specialist/Contracts-Projects Coordinator. Tracy completed a Master of Science in Management and Leadership from Western Governors University in 2021 and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Montana-Western in 2008.
