Poh Lian Kuek

Poh Lian Kuek has worked in a variety of roles since 1996. Poh Lian began their career as an Assistant Manager, Finance and Human Resource for Singapore Discovery Centre Ltd. In 2007, they moved to Pacific Avionics (formerly Flight Focus Pte Ltd) as Office Manager, where they were in charge of Finance, Human Resource and Administration. Poh Lian then joined Smart Recruitment, Singapore in 2009 as a Recruitment Consultant, working with well-known clients and corporations. In 2014, they became HR and Admin Manager at Yangbum Engineering Pte Ltd, where they were responsible for full spectrum of Human Resource and Admin, including recruitment (locally and overseas). Poh Lian revamped operational workflows, payroll deadlines and schedules, finance claims and purchasing workflows, and completed HR manual for the organization. Since 2015, they have been working at BitTitan as a Corporate Operations Manager, Operations Manager, and HR and Operations Manager.

Poh Lian Kuek received a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Development from the University of Nottingham Trent in 2006-2007. Prior to that, they earned a Specialist Diploma in Counselling Psychology from Wisconsin International University in USA in 2003-2004.
