Álison Fernandes

Álison Fernandes has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Álison currently works as an Engineering Manager at Bitwarden since December 2021. Prior to that, they held various roles at Xpand IT, including Mobile Tech Lead, Engineering Manager, Senior Android Developer, Senior Mobile Engineer, and Solutions Developer, with employment dates ranging from November 2013 to November 2021. Before Xpand IT, Álison was a Microsoft Student Partner at Microsoft from September 2011 to September 2013. Álison also worked as a Colaborator at the University of Lisbon - Sport Department from September 2009 to August 2010.

Álison Fernandes completed their education at the Instituto Politécnico do Cávado e do Ave from 2010 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Digital Games Development Engineering with a focus on Games Development. Prior to that, they attended the University of Lisbon from 2008 to 2010, studying Computer Science without obtaining a degree in the field. Additionally, Álison Fernandes obtained several certifications from Microsoft, including MCPS: Microsoft Certified Professional, MS: Programming in C# Specialist, and MCSD: Windows Store Apps Using C#.
