Rico Acosta

Rico Acosta has a diverse work experience in the field of information technology. Rico is currently working as an IT Manager at Bitwarden, a position they have held since May 2021. Prior to this, Rico served as an IT Manager at The Joule from April 2019 to May 2021. Rico also worked as an IT Manager (CONTRACT) at Nerd Kingdom from July 2018 to November 2018.

Before their roles as an IT Manager, Rico worked as a System Administrator at Lion Street from January 2015 to December 2016. Rico took a sabbatical in Thailand in 2014. Rico also held the position of Director of Information Technology at Cloud Imperium Games from January 2013 to November 2013.

From October 2009 to November 2012, Rico served as an Information Technology Manager at Lightbox Interactive Games, where they concurrently held the role of QA Lead. Prior to this, they worked as a Prototype Test Technician (CONTRACT) at Dell from April 2009 to October 2009. Rico's early career also includes a role as a System Administrator at Midway Studios Austin from November 2007 to January 2009.

Rico Acosta completed their Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Fine and Studio Arts from The University of Texas at Austin, where they studied from 2001 to 2006. Currently, they are pursuing a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science at The University of Kansas, starting in 2022.

In addition to their formal education, Rico Acosta has obtained certifications from Microsoft. Rico obtained the "Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Fundamentals" certification in November 2021 and the "Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals" certification in October 2021.
