Ayesha Jamaspi, Ph.D. has a diverse and extensive work experience in talent development, HR analytics, and organizational effectiveness consulting. Ayesha is currently serving as the Director of Talent Development at Bitwise Inc. where they oversee talent development initiatives and strategies. Prior to this, they held various managerial and executive roles within the company, leading people development, coaching, and retention efforts. Before joining Bitwise Inc., Dr. Jamaspi worked as a Lead Researcher and Assistant Director at Roosevelt University, where they conducted research on leadership development and provided organizational effectiveness consulting services. Additionally, they have worked as an independent consultant, specializing in talent assessment and development. Earlier in their career, they held positions at Tata Consultancy Services, where they focused on training and development, performance management, and competency modeling. Ayesha Jamaspi, Ph.D., has a strong educational background in the field of psychology and business management. Ayesha obtained their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Roosevelt University, where they studied from 2013 to 2017. Prior to their Ph.D., they earned a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the same university, completing their studies from 2013 to 2015.

Before attending Roosevelt University, Ayesha Jamaspi obtained a Master of Science (M.S.) in Psychology from the University of Madras, studying from 2010 to 2012. Ayesha also holds a Master of Arts degree in Sociology from the University of Mumbai, which they earned from 2009 to 2011. Ayesha'sundergraduate degree is a Bachelor of Commerce in Business Management from the University of Mumbai, India, which they completed from 2001 to 2004, focusing on accounting and business management.

Alongside their formal education, Ayesha Jamaspi has obtained various certifications. Ayesha completed a certification in Statistical Techniques for Quantitative Project Management from the Indian Statistical Institute in Mumbai, India, in January 2013. In January 2011, they obtained a certification in Industrial Psychology, Organization Behaviour, and Human Resource Development from Salahkaar Consultants in Pune, India.
