Melissa Olivieri

Melissa Olivieri is a seasoned professional in talent and organizational development with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Director of Talent and Organizational Development at IGM Financial Inc. since October 2025, Melissa previously held the position of Director of Compensation at Mackenzie Investments from June 2021 to October 2025. Earlier roles include Director of HR Transformation and Director of Total Rewards and HR Technology at MLSE from April 2018 to June 2020, as well as a career break from August 2016 to April 2018 to focus on family. Prior to that, Melissa spent 14 years at KPMG Canada in various roles, including Director of Total Rewards, and began the career in compensation at Nortel from 1999 to 2001. Melissa holds an Honours Bachelor of Administration from York University and a Certificate in Human Resource Management from Sheridan College.
