Florentine B. has a diverse range of work experience. They began their career as a Werbekauffrau / Kontakt at creActiv Werbung - Werbeagentur in 2000 and worked there until 2004. From 2004 to 2008, they worked as Marketing / Sueddeutschland at ISGUS Zeitmanagement GmbH. In 2008, Florentine joined BITZER and held various positions, starting as a Coordinator Corporate Design and Advertising in the Marketing department. They then moved on to become the Head of Corporate Design and Print Media in the Corporate Marketing and Communication department, and currently, they are the Head of Corporate Design, Advertising, and Events in the Corporate Central Marketing department.

From 2003 to 2005, Florentine B. attended Verwaltungs- und Wirtschaftsakademie Stuttgart, where they obtained a degree in Kommunikationsfachwirt (VWA) with a field of study in Kommunikation & Werbung.
