Heidi Schäfer

Heidi S. has a diverse professional background with extensive experience in educational support and project management. Currently serving as a School Learning Support Officer at the NSW Department of Education since February 2020, Heidi previously held a similar role at Brighton-Le-Sands Public School for a brief period in late 2019. Before transitioning to education, Heidi spent two decades at Qantas, where positions included Airport Product Delivery Manager and various project management roles within Ground Operations and IT Services. Heidi holds a Certificate IV in Education Support from St George & Sutherland Community College, a Diploma in Project Management from the University of New England, and a Certificate of Business Management from Deakin University.
