Jordan Ford has a diverse work experience in various engineering roles. Starting in 2016, they worked as an R&D Chemical Engineering Co-op at Dallas Group of America, Inc. In 2017, they interned as a Device Engineering Co-op and later served as a Controls, Joining Technology, and Maintenance Digitalization Co-op at BMW Manufacturing Co., LLC. From 2018 to 2019, they worked as a Peer Supervisor at the University of Louisville. They then interned as a Process Engineer at Arduro Sustainable Rubber in 2019.
