Chelsea Molacek

Chelsea Molacek has been in the workforce since 2007. Chelsea started their career as an Office Assistant at Sir Speedy Printing & Marketing, where they wrote job descriptions, edited the employee handbook, improved search engine optimization using Google and Yahoo, answered the telephone, provided customer assistance, and scheduled jobs. In 2011, they began working as a Customer Service Assistant at the University of Wisconsin - Madison Rec Sports Facility, where they practiced good customer service by greeting patrons and answering any questions about the facility, created a welcoming atmosphere for customers, helped maintain a smooth running of the facility, applied rules and regulations, assisted supervisors when needed, and managed the towel room - equipment, laundry, lost and found, and worked hard to keep a clean facility. In 2013, they took on the role of Client Services Intern at Career Momentum, Inc., where they provided support to Career Momentum's staff and customers, processed assessments, explained services, and assisted in talent management program administration. Chelsea also interpreted Google Analytics for management and improved and managed the company’s Search Engine Optimization through on-line database customization (Google, Bing etc…). In 2014, they worked as a Human Resources Intern at Delaware North and Human Resources Generalist at Bix Produce.

Chelsea Molacek obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA in Human Resources and Entrepreneurship from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2013. In July 2016, they also obtained the SHRM-CP certification.
