Lauren Kovar

Lauren Kovar has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Lauren started their career as an Employment Counselor at Workforce Solutions in July 2013. After working there for two years, they transitioned to Robert Half in February 2015 as a Technical Recruiter. Over the years, they took on different roles at Robert Half, including Salaried Professional Services/Staffing Support Administrator, Lead Administrative Assistant, and Sr Lead Administrative Assistant. In November 2019, Lauren joined Hot Iron Texas LLC as an Office Manager. Currently, they are working as a Human Resources Coordinator at UTEX Industries Inc. starting from May 2021. Lauren was recently promoted to the position of Human Resources Generalist in August 2022.

Lauren Kovar obtained an Associate of Science degree in Psychology from Blinn College, where they studied from 2009 to 2011. Afterward, they pursued further education at Texas A&M University, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from 2011 to 2013.
