Annie Schwartz

Annie Schwartz is the Vice President of Data (interim) at Bixal. Annie previously held positions at Peace Corps, The Global Fund, USAID, American Refugee Committee, District of Columbia Department of Health, and the U.S. Dept of State. Annie has a Master's Degree in International Policy from Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey and a Bachelor's degree in International Business/Spanish from the University of St. Thomas. Annie is experienced in monitoring, evaluation, data analysis, and capacity building across various organizations and projects.
