Joselo Briceno

Joselo is a big picture thinker and has served as an advisor to government agencies in the United States and Latin America, multilateral organizations, and corporations in the planning and execution of successful digital communications and technology strategies. Prior to co-founding Bixal, Joselo served on a team that oversaw the implementation of a multiphase, $5 million project to revamp the Inter-American Development Bank’s (IDB’s) corporate web presence. Before joining the IDB, Joselo worked for ZonaFinanciera, a joint venture between Citibank and the Washington Post, where he coordinated the development of web-based solutions for financial institutions.
