Linh Diep, also known as Linda, currently serves as the HRBP & Admin Manager at Biz-Eyes since February 2017, where responsibilities include developing and implementing strategic HR management aligned with business objectives. Previously, Linh held the position of HR & Admin Manager at Lotus Green Technology LTD from September 2011 to November 2016, focusing on recruitment, labor management, policy development, salary administration, and training. Linh's career began as an HR Executive at Cao Thang Eye Hospital from September 2008 to June 2011, where duties involved addressing customer complaints, managing payroll, and overseeing employee training and development. Linh holds a Bachelor's degree in Business English from Marketing University and is currently pursuing a Chief Human Resources Officer degree in Human Resources Management and Services at Pace Institute of Management.
