Linh Diep Yen

Linh Diep Yen is an experienced human resources professional with a focus on leadership development and resource management. At Biz-Eyes, from February 2017 to December 2020, Linh served as HRBP & Admin Manager, leading HR transformation during organizational restructuring and executing strategic HR plans. Prior experience includes serving as HR & Admin Manager at Lotus Green Technology LTD, overseeing end-to-end HR operations and developing performance review systems, and working as an HR Executive at Cao Thang Eye Hospital. Linh holds a Bachelor's degree in Business English from Marketing University and is currently pursuing a Chief Human Resources Officer degree at Pace Institute of Management.
