Bala Palamadai

Bala Palamadai is the Founder, President, and CEO of Biz of IT Innovations. Bala has over 20 years of experience in sales and management, with a focus on the IT industry.

Bala began their career in 1999 as a Sr. Sales Manager at Infosys Technologies Ltd. Bala spent the next 9 years at Infosys, eventually becoming Head Sales for the Discrete Manufacturing division. In 2008, they left Infosys to join Satyam Computer Services Ltd as Head Sales. Bala was with Satyam for less than a year before it was acquired by Infosys.

In 2009, Bala joined UST Global as Sr. Director of Sales for the Central Region. Two years later, they moved to Microland as Executive Vice President of Sales for North America and Europe. In 2016, they became an Advisor to the Board at FieldEZ Technologies Pvt Ltd., helping them evolve into a leading platform for field services transformation.

In 2017, Bala founded Biz of IT Innovations, which provides the best innovation platform for enterprises. Under Bala’s leadership, Biz of IT Innovations has become a leading provider of IT solutions and services.

Bala Palamadai studied Metallurgical Engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay before completing an MBA in Finance at the Faculty of Management Studies - University of Delhi.
