Varsha Chitari has a diverse work experience in human resources, starting in 2011 as an HR Executive at InnovateMinds Software Solutions Pvt.Ltd. Here, they were responsible for employee recruitment, maintaining leave records, conducting orientations, and employee retention. varsha then joined ANZ in 2014 as a Payroll Analyst, where they served as the first point of contact for all employee-related queries and emails. In 2017, Varsha moved on to ELITE IIT, where they worked as a Sr. HR Coordinator, planning and directing work activities, conducting training sessions, and relaying information to employees. In 2019, they joined Miamin Systems Inc. as a Human Resources Associate, where they were in charge of recruitment requisition, coordinating with team leaders, and interacting with clients for more details. Currently, Varsha is working at BizTech Solutions Inc. in Texas as a Recruitment Human Resources professional.

Varsha Chitari attended Goa University from 2002 to 2006, where they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree. Later, from 2009 to 2011, they enrolled at the Sri Sri Institute of Management Studies and earned a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (PGDBM) with a focus on Human Resources.
