Debbie is the Global Chief People Officer at Biz2Credit. She has over 30 years of global experience crossing investment banking/securities, telecommunication, media, ecommerce, and executive recruiting industries. She has served in an executive level at companies such as Branded, MediaCom, Bankrate, and Velocity. Debbie specializes in creating and delivering people strategies in fast-paced environments, enabling business growth and driving operational excellence

She believes in making a difference in the world through initiatives that help people, whether meeting the basic essentials, or helping them achieve their potential through coaching.

Debbie’s career is complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Communications degree from the University of Kansas. She is an active member of Until There are Nine an advisor to St. Francis, Pinnacle, and CICA.
