Paola Puentes

Paola Puentes started their work experience in 2014 at Piccolinni S.A. as a Coordinador de diseño. Paola then moved on to Grupo Uno in 2015, where they worked as a Coordinadora de Diseño y Publicidad until 2017. In 2017, Paola joined Enjoy Flowers as a Web Designer, a position they held until 2019. Currently, they are working at Bizagi, starting as a Visual Designer in 2019 and later transitioning to the role of Design Lead in April 2021.

Paola Puentes completed their Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design from Universidad Jorge Tadeo Lozano from 2010 to 2014. In 2015, they pursued a diploma in designing and developing dynamic websites at Universidad Piloto de Colombia, specializing in UI/UX. In terms of additional certifications, Paola obtained various certificates from the Interaction Design Foundation (IxDF), including Service Design, Mobile User Experience Design, UX Management, and Accessibility. Paola also holds a membership certificate from The Interaction Design Foundation, which they obtained in 2020.
