Blaise Assielou has a strong background in project and program management with experience spanning across various companies and industries. Currently, they hold the position of Senior PMO & Enterprise Performance Manager at Bizao, a payment hub in Africa. Prior to this role, they served as the Senior PMO Manager at Bizao.

Before joining Bizao, Blaise worked at Nokia as the Customer Programs & Projects Manager for the Middle East & Africa region. Blaise was responsible for managing programs and projects related to digital intelligence, monetizing, billing, digital transformation, big data, customer insight, customer experience, machine learning, and self-organizing networks. Additionally, they served as the Projects Rollout Manager for North West & Central Africa, where they led a team, managed customer relationships, and ensured the successful delivery of solutions and services.

Blaise also gained valuable experience at Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise, where they held multiple roles. Blaise was a Project Rollout Manager and Alcatel-Lucent West and Central Africa IP portfolio trainer, responsible for interfacing with customers and ensuring the successful deployment of projects. Blaise also served as a Technical Project Manager and Project Team Lead, managing IN solution deployments and leading project teams. As a Senior Integration Engineer, Blaise provided support and expertise in IN/VAS projects for multiple clients.

Blaise's career also includes a role at Togocom Officiel, where they served as an Alcatel-Lucent Consultant, Head of TOGOCEL Payment/Billing Operations, and Project Coordinator. In this position, they managed the operation team and reported to the Department Director for billing operation activities. Blaise also coordinated the integration of new payment and billing solutions and led weekly meetings to track progress.

At the beginning of their career, Blaise worked at ZTE Corporation as a Billing System and BSS Technical Support Engineer, where they provided technical support for billing systems.

Blaise started their educational journey at Lycée Classique d'Abidjan, where they obtained a high school diploma with a focus on Mathematics and Science. In 2002, Blaise pursued higher education at the Institut National Polytechnique Félix HOUPHOUËT-BOIGNY de Yamoussoukro (INP-HB) Officiel, where they earned a Master's degree in Telecommunications and Networks.

Blaise further developed their skills and knowledge through various certifications and courses. Blaise gained a Business Management SAC Certificate from Stonebridge Associated Colleges in 2012, specializing in Planning and Organization, Motivating the Workforce, Human Resource Management, and Business Strategies. Blaise also obtained a Project Management certification from the University of East London in 2011.

In 2016, Blaise acquired an ITIL® certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice, focusing on IT service management. Blaise then went on to pursue an Executive FINANCE&STRATEGY program at HEC Paris from 2016 to 2018.
