Hugo Rangel Chilrito

Hugo Rangel Chilrito has a diverse work experience. Hugo started working as a Supply Chain Manager at SONAE in February 2017 and held the position until November 2017. In September 2018, they joined Deloitte as a Strategy & Operations Consultant. During their time at Deloitte, they developed management consulting projects in various industries and locations, including Portugal, Angola, and the UK. Hugo was responsible for managing small teams, interacting with clients, conducting meetings, and producing documents to support activities. Hugo delivered exceptional service to clients by listening to their concerns, testing hypotheses, answering questions, and implementing solutions. Some of the notable projects they worked on at Deloitte include redesigning the corporate organizational structure, defining a strategic and operational partnership monitoring model, defining a costing model for a services catalogue, and designing a Shared Service Center with a workforce of 600. Most recently, Hugo joined BIZAY in April 2021 as a Product Operations Manager.

Hugo Rangel Chilrito pursued their education at the Universidade Nova de Lisboa, where they completed a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management. Hugo dedicated their studies to this field from 2011 to 2017. In addition to their degree, Hugo obtained a certification in One Month PM from the institution One Month PM in June 2021.
