Mariana Sobreiro

Mariana Sobreiro has a comprehensive work experience in the field of HR and recruitment. Mariana started their career as a Trainee in the Departamento de Gestão e Desenvolvimento de Pessoas at Fidelidade in November 2016 and ended in April 2017. Mariana then joined BNP Paribas as a Trainee in Recruitment & Talent Sourcing from September 2017 to September 2018. After that, they worked as a Recruiter and HR Analyst at BIZAY, starting in January 2019. Later, they took on the role of Recruitment Team Leader at BIZAY in January 2020, where they currently work.

From 2009 to 2012, Mariana attended Escola Secundária Madeira Torres where they obtained their degree in Ensino Secundário with a field of study in Economia.

Mariana then enrolled at ISCTE Business School and pursued a Bachelor's degree in Gestão de Recursos Humanos from 2012 to 2015.

After completing their Bachelor's degree, Mariana continued their studies at ISCTE Business School and obtained a Master's degree in Human Resource Management and Organizational Consulting from 2015 to 2017.

In addition to their degrees, Mariana also obtained two additional certifications:

- In June 2012, they obtained a certification called "First Certificate" from Cambridge University Press.
