Prakriti Khanijou

Prakriti Khanijou has extensive experience in human resources, specializing in diversity, equity, and inclusion, as well as learning and development. At Wipro, from August 2018 to June 2023, Prakriti served in various roles including Associate Director, Manager, and Assistant Manager, focusing on organizational capability and HR business partnership. Prior to Wipro, Prakriti worked at Tata Communications as a Corporate HR professional, leading talent acquisition and strategic initiatives, and at Infosys in talent acquisition roles, progressing to Senior Associate Lead. The professional journey began with an internship at Taj Hotels where Prakriti worked on a project related to social media for recruitment. Prakriti holds an MBA in Human Resources and International Business from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies and a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature from Lady Shri Ram College For Women.
