Karsten Markmann

Karsten Markmann has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Karsten started their career as a Datamekaniker Lærling at Bang & Olufsen, where they gained experience in both development and IT operations. Karsten then worked as an IT Systemkonsulent at Dansupport A/S, where they were responsible for IPTelefoni and had extensive customer interaction. After that, Karsten joined ITGHosting as an IT-SystemConsultant, where they managed IT for businesses of various sizes. Karsten then moved on to Atea Norge AS as a Senior Consultant, specializing in Unified Communication. Karsten'srole at Atea Danmark was as an Innovation Manager, involved in concept development for business applications. Currently, Karsten is an IT-Chef at BIZbrains A/S.

Karsten Markmann obtained their degree in "Datamekaniker" in HW og SW from EUC Syd between 1994 and 1998. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications, including the "ISO 27001 Foundations Course" from Advisera Expert Solutions Ltd in 2022, "Ledelse i praksis, Enkeltfag for akademiuddannelse" from Erhvervsakademi Aarhus | Business Academy Aarhus in 2021, and various Microsoft certifications between 2010 and 2020.
