Manoj Marathe is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in digital transformation and technology solutions for small and medium-sized businesses. Currently serving as General Manager at Bizessence Pty Ltd, Manoj leads a global team focused on delivering innovative business and technology services. As a co-founder and Senior Vice President at Centelon Solutions, Manoj has driven the company's growth in North America and LATAM while heading the Digital Chapter and Salesforce practice. Previous roles include significant contributions at Salesforce, AGL, CitiPower and Powercor, Royal Children's Hospital Foundation, Oxfam Australia, Toyota Motor Corporation Australia, ANZ, and Origin Energy.
