Burcu Demir possesses extensive experience in human resources and financial management, with a current role as İnsan Kaynakları Müdürü at Bizim Toptan Satış Mağazaları since September 2014. Responsibilities include recruitment, performance management, organizational development, and talent management, focusing on aligning HR strategies with corporate goals, budget management, and enhancing employee engagement. Prior to this, Burcu served as İnsan Kaynakları Yöneticisi, coordinating recruitment processes and developing employee growth initiatives. Earlier experience includes financial management as a Finans Yöneticisi, where Burcu developed financial models and managed cash flow, as well as unit management at Türkiye İş Bankası, overseeing credit processes and operational management. Burcu holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Sakarya University.
