Joseph Lee

Joseph Lee is an experienced professional in program management and operational leadership, currently serving as the Deputy General Manager of Programs and Services at Bizlink Centre Singapore Ltd since December 2007. In this role, Joseph is leading the DAC+ pilot social service program and overseeing a sheltered workshop for People With Disabilities, managing over 140 individuals and a team of more than 15 staff. Previous experience includes serving as Head of Programs and Social Enterprises at Bizlink Centre and Operating Manager at Social Innovation Park Ltd, where Joseph ensured adherence to corporate governance and operational policies. Early career experiences encompass leadership positions at PacTech Pte Ltd and ANS Enterprise Pte Ltd, where robust sales performance was achieved, as well as roles at Techco Building Systems Pte Ltd and United Engineers (S) Pte Ltd, focused on project and operations management in technology and engineering sectors.
