Matthias Goertz

Matthias Goertz is an accomplished executive in project management and corporate development, currently serving as Vice President of Project Management for the Industrial Solutions Business Group at BizLink Group since January 2022, focusing on business unit strategy and post-merger integration. Prior to this role, Matthias held multiple vice president positions at LEONI from November 2010 to December 2021, leading corporate and business unit strategy, mergers and acquisitions, carve-outs, and performance improvement initiatives. Matthias began a career at Bain & Company as a Manager from January 2003 to October 2010 and briefly worked as a Summer Analyst in the Investment Banking Division at Credit Suisse in 2001. Academic credentials include a Diplom-Kaufmann from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management and an MBA from the Texas McCombs School of Business.
