Yeyen Oktaviana

Yeyen Oktaviana is an experienced professional in internal control and system development, currently working at Biznet (PT. Supra Primatama Nusantara) since April 2023. Responsibilities include ensuring effective SOP implementation, minimizing human error in operations, and conducting internal audits. Previously, Yeyen held the position of Revenue Assurance Specialist, where duties involved reconciling customer accounts and maintaining relationships. Prior internships include roles in operational, accounting, and sales promotion positions at various companies, including PT. Akino Wahana Mulia, PT. Farika Duta Agung, and Wings Group Indonesia, all of which contributed to strong communication and detail-oriented skills. Yeyen holds a Gelar Sarjana in Akuntansi from Kwik Kian Gie School of Business, completed in April 2023.
