Xadean Ahmasi

Xadean Ahmasi has had a long and successful career in the technology industry. In 2006, they founded and became President, Chief Executive Officer, Chairman, and Founder of BizTech Fusion LLC, a Microsoft Gold Partner and global consulting firm. In 2008, they began working at BT as a Consultant, then a Sr. Consultant, and then a Consultant again. In 2012, they became a Senior Systems Engineer at ExtraTeam. In 2013, they founded REACHH and became President and Global Strategist. Finally, in 2014, they became a Professional Services Consultant - Level 3 at AT&T, where they designed and executed simple solutions to large-scale, complex problems for enterprise customers, led technical staff and third-party service delivery partners, and developed business plans and facilitation communication sessions between senior managers and customer stakeholders.

Xadean Ahmasi began their education in 1995 at Montgomery College, where they studied Engineering Science. In 1996, they transferred to DeVry University, where they earned an Associate of Applied Science in Telecommunications Management in 1999. Since then, Xadean has obtained a number of certifications from Microsoft, Avaya, Panasonic USA, and Samsung, including MCSE: Productivity, MS: Lync Network Readiness, MCSA: Windows Server 2012, MCITP: Lync Server Administrator 2010, and MCTS: Business Desktop Deployment.
