Hal Petschke

Hal Petschke has a strong background in business development and technology consulting. Hal started their career at Aetna in 1974 and spent almost 20 years there as a Technology Advisor and Business Process Re-Engineering Consultant. During their time at Aetna, Hal focused on evaluating and selecting Document Capture and Content Management solutions, and was part of the team that implemented the first document capture and workflow solution for the health claims processing department.

In 1993, Hal joined Lason/Boyle Associates as the Business Development and Sales Manager. Hal was responsible for managing technology partnerships and leading field and inside sales teams. Hal promoted and sold a range of document capture and management software solutions, as well as document scanning and micrographics solutions. Hal stayed with Lason/Boyle Associates for a decade.

In 2003, Hal joined BizTech Solutions, Inc. as the VP of Business Development and Marketing. Hal'srole involved managing partner relationships, directing the sales team, and leading all marketing efforts. Hal developed marketing programs to increase brand awareness, generate leads and sales opportunities, and evaluate partnerships to bring in new products.
