Yuval Bacal's work experience started in 2004 with the Israeli Intelligence Corps, where they served as an Acting Officer until 2008. Following this, they worked at Tel Aviv University as an Instructor and Teaching Assistant from September 2012 to February 2013. Yuval then joined Smart School as a School Timetable Planner from June 2008 to September 2013. In 2013, they joined the Government of Israel, Ministry of Defense, Procurement Mission to the United States, first as a Procurement Officer from October 2013 to December 2014, and later as a System Analyst & Technical Liaison - SAP MM (Procurement) from January 2015 to September 2018. Yuval's next role was at Bizzabo, where they worked as a Solutions Architect from October 2019 to May 2021 and as a Technical Programs Lead - Solutions & Services from May 2021 to November 2022. Currently, they are serving as the Strategic Customer Initiatives Director at Bizzabo.

Yuval Bacal completed a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Mathematics and Political Science at Tel Aviv University from 2009 to 2013. Yuval also participated in an Undergraduate Semester Exchange Program at Venice International University in 2010. In 2014, they enrolled at New York University and obtained a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Global Affairs in 2017. Yuval then pursued further education at Zicklin School of Business, where they earned a Master of Science (MS) degree in Statistics from 2018 to 2019. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including BW305 SAP Business Warehouse Query Design from SAP in August 2017, Big Data Foundations - Level 1, Big Data Foundations - Level 2, Hadoop Foundations - Level 1, and Spark - Level 1 from IBM in February 2017, as well as Sustainability Strategies from LinkedIn in October 2016.
