Jennifer Owens is currently the Manager of Customer Success at Bizzdesign, overseeing high-touch relationships with strategic customers in the Central US and APAC regions. Jennifer also works as a Group Exercise Instructor at 24 Hour Fitness and Castle Rock Parks & Recreation. Previously, Jennifer held leadership roles at ALTR, Planview, Troux Technologies, and Digital Motorworks, focusing on customer success, support, and account management. Jennifer holds a BSBA in MIS and Operations Management from the University of Arizona.
