Roxanne Chin

Roxanne Chin, a professional with a background in workforce innovation and senior executive experience, has worked at Bizzell as the Sr. Vice President overseeing strategic planning and execution of workforce management initiatives. Prior to Bizzell, Chin served as the Vice President at SFL and held the title of President. With previous experience at Job Corps as a Senior Director, Chin has a strong background in managing federal education and training programs. Chin holds a Bachelor's degree in Spanish Language Teacher Education from Morgan State University.
