Terry Bean has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Terry is currently the founder of TryBean, where they work as a Purveyor of wisdom, connections & cool vibes. Terry'srole involves coaching clients and delivering training sessions to various audiences. Terry Bean has guided numerous professionals on their path to success.

Additionally, Terry has worked as a Business Growth Coachsultant at BJ CAAS Advisors, a boutique consultancy specializing in quality manufacturing audits, supply chain optimization, and staffing solutions. Terry joined the company in 2023.

Terry Bean served as the Executive Producer Community Manager at TEDxDetroit since its inception in 2009. TEDxDetroit is a renowned platform for sharing innovative ideas.

Furthermore, Terry was a Co-Host at Business Growth Time, a podcast that they initiated after seeking advice from a friend. Terry started in 2015.

Terry worked as a Marketing Consultant and Leadership Development Advisor at PKIG | Phil Klein Insurance Group. In this role, they provided coaching and consulting services to the team and contributed to their mission of reaching new heights. Terry joined the company in 2019 and officially left in May 2023.

Terry founded MotorCityConnect in 2006 and served as the Chief Networking Officer until 2021. Motor City Connect has been succeeded by clubmcc.com, a community of professionals who prioritize personal and professional growth.

Terry briefly worked as a Sales Partner at Assemble in 2020. Assemble offers expert solutions to businesses and professionals seeking rapid growth.

Prior to that, Terry Bean held the position of Director of Business Development at Private Label VR in 2017. Terry successfully led the company's business growth initiatives.

Lastly, Terry Bean founded Networked in 2002 and served as the Chief Networking Officer. Networked provided various services such as business development, recruiting, training, consulting, and coaching. Terry remained with the company until 2017.

Terry Bean received a Master of Arts degree in Business Communications from Eastern Michigan University, completing the program from 1993 to 1996. Prior to that, Terry obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the same university, studying from 1989 to 1993. Before attending college, Terry graduated from Bloomington Jefferson High School, earning a diploma with a college prep focus from 1986 to 1989. Additionally, Terry has obtained several certifications, including the "45 Day Challenge" from Growth-U in March 2015, the "Certified Sales Professional" from the National Association of Sales Professionals in January 2015, and an Insurance Agent certification (Health, Property, Casualty) from the National Insurance Producer Registry in March 2021.
