David McCune

David McCune has extensive work experience in the legal and healthcare industries. David started their career in 1995 as an Associate Attorney at Davis, Cox & Wright PLC. In 1998, they joined BJC HealthCare as a Senior Staff Attorney and later served as Director of Legal Services. From 2012 to 2016, McCune worked as an Associate General Counsel at BJC HealthCare before being promoted to Vice President of Corporate Compliance. In 2019, they became the Vice President of Legal Services and Physician Strategy at BJC HealthCare.

David McCune has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Webster University, which they obtained in 2007. David also holds a Doctor of Law (JD), with high honors, from the University of Arkansas School of Law, Fayetteville, which they earned between 1992 and 1995. McCune has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from Drury University, which they completed from 1987 to 1991. Additionally, they obtained a High School Diploma from St. Charles High School in 1987. In 2018, McCune received a certification in Health Care Compliance (CHC) from the Health Care Compliance Association (HCCA).
