Kelli Coles

Kelli Coles is a seasoned communications and marketing professional with extensive experience in managing internal communications and project initiatives across various organizations. Currently serving as the Senior Communications Manager at Lexicon since April 2016, Kelli oversees internal communications for multiple departments and previously held the position of Operations & Communication Specialist within the same organization. Prior to Lexicon, Kelli worked at Silgan Plastics, where responsibilities included managing marketing projects and leading internal communication efforts as a Marketing Specialist. Kelli's earlier roles include Conference Solutions Manager at Flik Conference Services, Project Manager at Maritz Travel Company, and Senior Meeting Planning Coordinator at Forest Pharmaceuticals. Kelli holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing with an emphasis on advertising and promotions from Missouri State University.
