Lori W.

Lori W. has a diverse range of work experience in the healthcare industry. Lori began their career at Research Medical Center in 1997 as a Charge Nurse and Staff Nurse in various departments. In 2004, they were promoted to the role of Director, overseeing multiple units and budgets. After working at Research Medical Center for nearly a decade, Lori then moved to Overland Park Regional Medical Center in 2013, where they held the position of Associate Chief Nursing Officer and Chief Staffing Officer, and later Interim Chief Nursing Officer. During their time at Overland Park, they led various initiatives, including opening new units and facilities, achieving Center of Excellence recognition, and implementing clinical optimization programs. In 2016, Lori joined Regional Medical Center Bayonet Point as the Chief Nursing Officer, where they focused on improving care delivery, patient safety, and fostering collaboration among healthcare professionals. Most recently, they joined BJC HealthCare as the Vice President of Patient Care Services and Chief Nursing Officer.
