Mary Spencer has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Mary is currently serving as the Vice President of Neurosciences at BJC HealthCare, where they are responsible for leading the development and launch of a system-wide Neuroscience Clinical Program. Mary also collaborates with other organizations to guide the strategic direction and oversee quality and outcomes across the Neurosciences program.

Earlier in their career, Mary held director-level roles and nursing positions at The Jewish Hospital of St. Louis.

Throughout their career, Mary has demonstrated expertise in neurosciences, stroke care, epilepsy, and other neurodegenerative disorders. Mary has also been involved in board memberships and has contributed to various healthcare organizations.

Mary Spencer completed their MSN degree in Nursing/Hospital Administration from Saint Louis University, where they attended from 1988 to 1992.
