Nancy Kadlec

Nancy Kadlec's work experience began in 1993 as a Staff Nurse at Christian Hospital. Nancy then worked their way up and held various roles at Christian Hospital and BJC HealthCare, including Charge Nurse, Manager Patient Care Services, and Director Patient Care Services. In 2009, they joined BJC HealthCare as the Director of Clinical Improvement. Currently, they are the Vice President and Chief Nurse Officer at BJC Medical Group since 2017.

Nancy Kadlec holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management from Maryville University of Saint Louis, where they studied from 2005 to 2007. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's of Science in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from the same institution, studying from 2002 to 2004. Nancy began their education journey at Lutheran Medical Center School of Nursing, where they obtained a Register Nurse Diploma from 1990 to 1993.
